You can now choose a probe that best fits your pH testing needs. The general purpose stainless steel, non-glass ISFET pH probe is ideal for most applications. The heavy-duty graphite bodied pH probe is useful for high temperatures, long term immersion and other applications unsuitable for standard glass pH probes.
The heavy duty "stabbing" probe is ideal for measuring the pH of solids such as meat etc.
