A rugged Epoxy bodied electrode with a replaceable reference junction enabling the probe to be used for the measurement of Jam or any other sample that is likely to clog or block reference junctions. Particularly useful if samples are measured hot and then solidify when cooled. The junction can be replaced easily ensuring long electrode lifetime.
